Is my data private?

Yes. Conversations travel over encrypted connections and are stored encrypted on our servers. We show no ads, we do not sell data, and family content is visible only to the people your Family Graph allows.

Messages are encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest on our servers today. Full end-to-end encryption is on our roadmap, and we will state it plainly on this site the day it ships - we only claim what is true.

No. CareShield is a family wellness companion, not a medical or emergency service. It never replaces professional care or local emergency numbers - it simply helps your family notice sooner and act faster.

It is PulseSoul’s map of your real relationships. You invite a family member, they confirm, and that confirmed link controls visibility - moments, statuses and CareShield signals flow only along it.

Do statuses disappear?

Can I back up my photos and media?

Yes. PulseSoul can transfer chat media and Family Moments to your own Google Drive - either copy only, or copy and free space on your phone. You can run it instantly or schedule it.

Does PulseSoul read my Google Drive?

No. PulseSoul uses Google’s most restrictive Drive permission (drive.file), which means it can only ever see the files it uploaded itself. The rest of your Drive is invisible to the app.

What happens when I free space on my phone?

Only the local copies on that phone are removed - and only after each file is safely uploaded. Your messages, moments and the family’s copies stay untouched, and anything you open again simply re-downloads.

Yes. Delete messages for yourself or for everyone within the allowed window, and delete your own moments at any time - removal applies for the whole family.

How do I delete my account?

Open PulseSoul → Settings → Account → Delete account, or email us from the Delete Account page on this site. Deletion is processed within 30 days and removes your profile, messages, moments and media from our servers.

Only the family members you explicitly allow through your Family Graph. CareShield signals are never public, never shared with advertisers, and never used for anything except caring for you.

PulseSoul is designed for families but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. Parents manage participation for younger teens.
