Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 25, 2026
Welcome to PulseSoul. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PulseSoul mobile application and the pulsesoul.app website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who may use PulseSoul
You must be at least 13 years old to use PulseSoul, and old enough to consent to these Terms in your country. If you use PulseSoul on behalf of a younger family member where the law allows, you are responsible for their use.
2. Your account
Your account is tied to your phone number. Keep your device and account secure - you are responsible for activity that happens through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
- Use PulseSoul only for lawful, personal, family communication.
- Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or harm anyone, or to send spam or malware.
- Do not attempt to probe, disable, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or access data that is not yours.
- Do not use PulseSoul to violate anyone else’s privacy or rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Your content
You own what you share on PulseSoul. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the Service - to transmit, store (encrypted), and deliver your content to the people you choose. We do not use your private content for advertising, and we do not claim ownership of it.
5. CareShield, SOS and safety features - important
CareShield and SOS are family wellness and convenience features, not a medical device, monitoring guarantee, or emergency service. They depend on phones, batteries, networks and permissions that can fail or be switched off. Never rely on PulseSoul as your only means of summoning help. In an emergency, always contact your local emergency services directly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes arising from reliance on these features.
6. Backups
Optional backups transfer copies of your media to your own Google Drive account and are subject to Google’s terms. “Transfer & delete from mobile” removes only local copies on your phone after upload. You are responsible for your Google account and its storage.
7. Early access
PulseSoul is in active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and occasional interruptions can occur. We label upcoming capabilities (like PulseSoul Intelligence) as “coming soon” and do not charge for the Service during early access.
8. Intellectual property
The PulseSoul name, logo, design and software are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any right to use them except as needed to use the Service.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of every kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero during free early access). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You can stop using PulseSoul and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account or our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the operator’s place of business in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as PulseSoul evolves. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
